February 04 for my second blogFor my second blog of the day I would like to pose a Question. See my biggest issue in looseing weight is my "DIET." I don't think I'm alone in this. I mean I go to the gym and work out everyday. But the eating thing is tough. I either eat to much of the wrong things or not enough of the right things or I just don't eat enough at all. And then there is always that one thing that you cant give up. I mean superman has his Kryptonite "RIGHT?" Well so do I! I used to think mine was soda but I gave that up easily back in sept. then I thought it was ice cream (which is a tough one) but that has been ok for me not to have also. Then I figured it out. I have 2 things its pasta with white creamy sauce and nachos. Oh how I love nachos. They are my real weakness. I can't live without them so I have been looking for better ways to eat them and then I just eat less of them. LOL. So the question is What is your Kryptonite? Everyone has something thats why a lot of us are wearing the safety pins to keep us protected from our Kryptonite. So What is it? What is that one thing that is making this contest so hard for you to stick with exactly the way you should? Comments (1)
